About you
* Qualified technical expert (level 3 NVQ or City & Guilds in Light Maintenance) with solid workshop management background.
* Common‑sense business approach to maximizing efficiencies and opportunities to produce outstanding results.
* People person who cares about team and understands that a one‑size‑fits‑all approach is not always best.
* Natural coach who loves sharing knowledge with others and finds job satisfaction in the success of colleagues.
