Responsibilities
* Servicing our vehicles - you'll be carrying out checks and maintenance in accordance with brand guidelines.
* Identifying, repairing and replacing components and parts that are faults.
* Liaising with our Service Advisors about required repairs or vehicle work.
* Maintaining repair and service records.
* Learn and demonstrate work bay and surrounding area tidiness.
* To always consider the customer impact on any activity with the vehicle, demonstrating our customer‑centric approach.
* To satisfy the academic requirements of the apprenticeship - engage with our provider and ensure course progress.
Qualifications
* Punctual and being great at timekeeping
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Great team player and communication skills
* Drive to exceed targets
* GCSE (or equivalent) in Math's, English and Science
