About the Role
As a Floor Manager, you will be at the heart of our operation. You’ll oversee all food service delivery across our world‑class convention centre, ensuring each event is flawlessly executed and exceeds expectations.
From managing set‑up teams to coordinating service standards, analysing performance, communicating with multiple departments, and leading your team from the front, you will play a vital role in bringing our client visions to life.
This is a highly rewarding position for someone who enjoys variety, problem solving, teamwork and the buzz of large‑scale, high‑profile events.
About You
You’ll be a natural people leader with a calm, methodical approach and a strong eye for detail. With at least three years of conference and events experience in a busy hospitality environment, you’ll understand the demands of high‑volume operations and know how to motivate a team to deliver excellence.
You’ll be an outstanding communicator, highly organised, proactive, solution‑focused and confident in managing multiple functions at once. Your ability to build strong relationships internally and externally will be central to your success.
