We are representing a reputable and established law firm in Teesside, who are, due to expansion, seeking an additional Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team based in Middlesbrough.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a minimum of 2 years experience in Conveyancing to further develop their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.
About the Role:
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will provide assistance/manage own small caseload of files (sale, purchase, remortgage and transfer of equity) with support.
You will also support the conveyancing team in promoting and developing the conveyancing department.
About You:
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
