8. While this role is based in our Reading Office, our team work remotely for most of the time. We would expect you to attend the office as needed.
The Opportunity
This role is within our Customer Relationship Team who provide an award-winning standard of customer relationship management, providing support and advice to Ochresoft customers. Our customers are Conveyancing and Private Client Legal Professionals, and our Customer Relationship Advisers provide proactive account management, as well as representing their customers’ needs in future design discussions.
You will be responsible for building relationships with key contacts across each of your accounts, by phone, email and in person, understanding the needs of their business and identifying opportunities where our products and services can help them achieve those. You will analyse performance and behaviours to identify at risk customers and take steps to mitigate. You will have the chance to work with colleagues across other Landmark brands, ensuring a joined up and holistic approach driving a One Landmark experience.

About You
You will have a proven track record of customer relationship building in either a customer service or success role. You will have first-rate communication skills and a passion for quality customer service and customer satisfaction. Ability to demonstrate confidence engaging at a Leadership level. You will also have:
9. Good standard of education, preferably up to A Level or equivalent
10. Previous relationship management experience in a B2B environment.
11. Ability to network and build excellent rapport
12. Strong PC skills including knowledge of MS Office
13. Knowledge of Zendesk and Salesforce would be an advantage.
14. An interest in technology. Able to accurately answer queries about complex issues in a way the customer can understand
15. Good scheduling skills, with the ability to organise, prioritise, plan and follow-through on multiple concurrent tasks
16. A demonstrable approach to positive collaboration and team work
17. Ability to stay calm and professional when dealing with challenging customers.
