Job title: Business Change Senior Associate
Duration: 6 months
Day rate: £650 per day (Inside IR35, PAYE)
Location: 2 days per week in Stratford, London office (moving to 50% in office from 1 September)

About the organisation
Our client is an independent regulatory body in the UK responsible for ensuring the financial markets work well for the consumers and the economy, promoting market integrity and effective competition.
Are you interested in joining a team that work closely with business areas to deliver business change activities in support of technology, regulation, process and behavioural changes?
Role Responsibilities:
* Working across several projects including a complex data project delivered in Agile
* Understanding new system functionality ahead of release; supporting comms and training with SMEs
* Delivering people, organisational, process and technology change end‑to‑end
* Completing change impact assessments, stakeholder maps, business maps
* Using an agnostic methodology (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci, Bridges)
Skills:
Minimum:
* High‑quality written and verbal communication
* End‑to‑end change delivery experience
* Waterfall and Agile delivery experience
Essential:
* Strong communications and stakeholder management (including challenging stakeholders)
* Experienced and seasoned in business change delivery
* Skilled in stage‑gate and framework delivery, supporting Project Managers and Business Analysts
* Salesforce (ESS) experience desirable
