Senior Call Handler

The Senior Call Handler will establish and maintain a supportive infrastructure to assist Operational Managers and Leads in meeting LAP objectives and targets. This includes developing systems and processes to monitor performance, analyzing reports, and extracting data to feed back to the General Manager, Operational Manager, and Leads.
The successful candidate will be required to have the authority to approach individual staff and highlight performance issues, escalate poor performance or compliance as necessary, and work with Corporate Services to identify areas of under-recording of clinical activity.
Main Duties
The main duties of this role include:
* Requesting information and activity reports on behalf of the General Manager, Operational Managers, and Leads.
* Providing a central point of contact to respond to and resolve queries.
* Leading the LAP call handling team, providing direction, supervision, and support.
* Attending internal and external meetings, taking minutes, and distributing them using appropriate systems.
* Processing staff change forms, data amendment forms, termination forms, and general HR information.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 Business Administration or equivalent.
* BTEC Diploma in Business Administration (Level 1).
Experience
* Significant experience in administration duties, including call handling and customer service.
* Experience in the NHS.
