What You'll Be Doing
Carrying out inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on trailers
Lead by example on the tools, supporting the team with diagnostics, repairs, job quality and productivity across the workshop.
Oversee day-to-day workflow in the bay, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to TIP standards with minimal downtime.
Support and mentor technicians/apprentices, helping with technical guidance, problem-solving, and maintaining high workshop standards.
Working closely with a team that's hands-on, supportive, and values your input
Keeping our fleet road-ready and safe for the long haul
What You'll Bring
Mechanical experience (trailers, HGVs, or similar)
