What We Are Looking For
MiiCare is looking for a proactive, highly organised and detail-oriented person to support our work across bids, grants, project coordination, regulatory/compliance administration and general business operations.
This is a varied role that combines bid writing, bid hunting, bid management, project management support and administrative follow-through. The successful candidate will help identify relevant opportunities, coordinate submissions, manage deadlines, maintain trackers, support live project activities, follow up on actions, and assist with regulatory and compliance documentation.
The role will involve working closely with MiiCare’s leadership team and coordinating with internal colleagues, partners and external consultants where needed.
Key responsibilities
* Research and identify relevant grants, tenders, frameworks and funding opportunities.
* Support bid writing, proposal preparation and submission management.
* Manage bid timelines, trackers, portal submissions and supporting documents.
* Provide project management support, including action tracking, meeting follow-up, documentation and deadline coordination.
* Support regulatory and compliance administration, including MHRA, DTAC, DCB0129, QMS and technical documentation.
* Maintain organised records, project files, compliance evidence and business documentation.
* Support general administrative tasks and internal coordination across teams.
Required skills and qualities
* Strong written communication skills.
* Excellent organisation, punctuality and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and follow up consistently.
* Good project coordination / project management skills.
* Comfortable working with documents, spreadsheets, trackers and online portals.
* Proactive, reliable and able to work independently.
* Interest in healthcare technology, digital health, AI or regulated products would be an advantage.
