We're looking for a confident and experienced Bar Supervisor / Manager with a passion for hospitality and team development. Flexibility is key for this role due to the hours, you will be doing 40-50 hours a week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing daily bar operations
* Staff rota planning and labour control
* Stock control, ordering, and regular stocktakes
* Supporting and developing the team through training and coaching
* Actively marketing and promoting the bar
* Assisting in driving profitability and hitting key KPIs
* Contributing ideas to help the business grow and evolve

Ideal Experience:
* At least 2 years in a bar supervisor or management role
* Strong operational knowledge of bar service, staffing, and stock
* Comfortable leading shifts and being the point of contact on the floor
