About the position
* Manage the team and ensure that the staff morale is high
* Oversee the training and development of the team
* Become a guru with the food menu and wine list, sharing your knowledge with the guests and team
* Support the Restaurant Manager with the day to day running of the restaurant
The successful candidate
* Must have experience working in restaurants & hotels
* A strong knowledge of Food & Beverage
* A passion for wine
* A born leader with excellent communication skills
* Must be able to commute to the hotel
