Group Account Director | Leckhampton, Cheltenham | Hybrid Working | Full Time | £40,000 – £50,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission (OTE £30,000+)

Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of a portfolio of key B2B client accounts
* Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities
* Drive revenue growth and deepen client engagement
* Ensure the seamless delivery of high-impact campaigns that meet and exceed client expectations
* Maintain an accurate pipeline using CRM systems
* Stay up to date with Acquirz products, services, and market trends
* Support internal teams with client strategy and campaign delivery
* Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities
* Performs additional duties as required to support the business
Qualifications
* Proven experience in B2B data, digital, or direct marketing account management
* Strong decision-making skills with both internal teams and external clients
* Highly sales-focused with a history of exceeding targets
* Professional, confident, and commercially aware
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Effective communication and people skills
* Numerically minded with analytical problem-solving ability
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* An initiative-taking, solutions-led approach
