Your new role
1. Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
2. Providing one-to-one or small group support
3. Helping create a positive, inclusive learning environment
4. Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
What you'll need to succeed
5. A genuine passion for working with children and young people
6. Experience in a school or educational setting (desirable, not essential)
7. A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach
8. Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
