JOB TITLE: Lead Integration Architect (London, UK)
Capgemini is seeking a Lead Integration Architect to join Capgemini Financial Services Digital Practice. This is a permanent, full-time position in London, UK, offering a unique opportunity for career growth in Digital Consulting.

* The Business Delivery and Transformation Directorate (BD T Change IT Delivery) is looking for an Integration SME responsible for supporting assurance of low-level integration designs (LLDs) to ensure they align with high-level designs (HLDs). Reporting to the Integration Lead, this role will enable delivery partners during design and execution phases, including cut-over into production.
* The candidate should be enthusiastic about change, confident in creating, assisting, and presenting details around integration architecture designs and technical delivery aspects within the integration space.
* Experience with large-scale transformation initiatives involving multiple integration tools or technologies, covering functional and technical requirements, designs, business rules, mappings, patterns, and best practices. This role will support transformation programs and existing BAU changes.
YOUR PROFILE
* Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to understand high-level designs, govern low-level technical integration designs, and ensure compliance with enterprise standards across multi-vendor engagements.
* Create and refine integration designs, ensuring adherence to best practices and providing governance through assurance reviews.
* Develop transparent guidelines for integration design assurance, working with suppliers to implement controls and governance measures.
* Work with Business Analysts to understand project requirements, review high-level designs, and ensure integration solutions meet business needs within a broader architecture context.
* Ensure integration solutions align with strategic architecture principles and strategies, providing design assurance in multi-vendor environments, including compliance, security, and NFR considerations.
* Identify and communicate design deviations, work with partners to develop options, and seek necessary approvals.
* Engage with stakeholders across business and IT, plan and track integration activities, document dependencies, and ensure early identification of risks and dependencies to prevent schedule variances.
