Our client are a leading contractor specialising in the built environment, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead in the refurbishment of several derelict sites, transforming them into habitable homes. You will be Accountable for project delivery of major planned maintenance Retrofit contracts. To ensure the overall successful delivery of a refurbishment Retrofit project, managing a large team of direct and subcontract staff.
