RECRUITMENTiQ is currently working in partnership with a business who are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Door-to-Door Field Sales Representative to join a leading Ultrafast Full-Fibre Broadband provider expanding across the Highlands.With full training, excellent earning potential, and the support of a dedicated Area Manager, this is your chance to launch or elevate your career in a fast-growing sector.

* £25,000 Basic Salary
* £20,800 Commission (OTE) - uncapped earning potential
* £4,200 Annual Car Allowance + 20p per mile fuel allowance

What youll be doing as a Sales Representative (Door to Door)
* Engaging with local residents door-to-door to promote affordable, ultrafast broadband solutions
* Attending community events and local sales stands to build awareness
* Building rapport, identifying customer needs, and closing sales confidently
* Gathering and recording accurate customer information with attention to detail
* Recommending new sales opportunities through local knowledge and community activity
About you
* Passion for sales and achieving targets - door-to-door experience is ideal but not essential
* Friendly, positive, and resilient with excellent communication skills
* Strong customer focus and a proactive attitude
* Full, clean UK driving licence and own car are essential
* Experience in door-to-door sales, energy/utilities, fundraising or field sales would be an advantage.
Working hours
* 5 days per week
* Monday to Friday 10am6pm or 12pm8pm during summer months
* Option for Saturday shifts

* North Highlands - Alness Region / Highlands North / Black Isle / Inverness (2 positions)
* Highlands South - Cairngorms / Speyside / The Great Glen (1 position)
