Manager, Hellens Manor (Live‑in: family accommodation provided)
Hours: Full‑time, with regular weekend and evening responsibilities.
Report to: Chair of the PMM Charity Trust.
Job Summary
To be responsible for the operation of Hellens Manor both as a home for a community of people living and working there, and as a charitable business. The manager will be involved principally in administration, staff welfare, compliance, finance, marketing, IT, events, tours, and liaising with contractors and local communities.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day‑to‑day operations of Hellens Manor, ensuring efficient management of staff and resources.
* Coordinate staff welfare and team dynamics to maintain a supportive working environment.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
* Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, basic accounting, and financial reporting.
* Lead marketing efforts and promotion of events and cultural activities.
* Maintain IT systems and support technology needs across the estate.
* Organise events, festivals and tours with community and contractor partners.
