We are looking for kind, compassionate, creative, and problem‑solving individuals with excellent communication skills to join our expanding team across the medicine care group at York Hospital. In this role you will form a crucial part of the Multi‑Disciplinary Team, delivering a high standard of health care to patients.
Responsibilities
* Deliver person‑centred care in a variety of specialities, from acute admission areas to cardiology, respiratory, gastroenterology and elderly wards including stroke and stroke rehabilitation.
* Maintain and promote patient independence and dignity, ensuring each patient receives a positive experience.
* Work a combination of shifts, including nights, weekends and bank holidays.
* Attend a full‑time induction programme for the first four weeks in the new role, which must take place within three months of the interview date.
