SUMMARY:
The Studio Manager oversees daily operations and leads a team to deliver an exceptional client experience. They collaborate with owners on HR, marketing, customer relations, and financial management, and must be accessible 24/7 as the first point of contact.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Client acquisition, experience, and retention
2. Inventory management
3. Local marketing, community engagement, social media, and PR
4. Staff recruitment, management, development, and retention
5. Studio upkeep, safety, and equipment maintenance
6. P&L management
7. Execution of promotions and loyalty program growth
ROLE SCOPE AND COMPLEXITY:
This role ensures maximum operational efficiency, high client satisfaction, staff development, and profitability. The manager must ensure compliance with state laws and proper licensing of Cerologists, delivering a high-end client experience.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* 2-year degree or equivalent
* Effective leadership skills
* Excellent communication skills

* Exceptional customer service
* Multitasking ability
* Detail-oriented
PREFERRED:
* 2 years of business and staff management
* 2 years of beauty industry/salon experience
Compensation: $70,000 - $97,000 per year
