Job Description:

Your Missions :
* Act as a key point of contact to communicate project status to internal stakeholders
* Promote and facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration
* Support Project Leader with a wide range of activities for the assigned project(s).
Main responsibilities :
* Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for each milestone
* Create detailed project timeline and monitor progress daily
* Build and use a dashboard to monitor progress on engineering releases, purchase orders, and deliveries
* Ensure the BOM is updated by the Engineering and Supply Chain teams daily
* Identify risks and work with Engineering and Supply Chain Teams to propose mitigation plans
* Report project status to Project Leader weekly
* Schedule and coordinate project team meetings and other meetings as necessary, including sending invitations
* Coordinate build events with Workshop, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams
* Support vehicle development and validation teams to ensure component and spare availability
* Prepare milestone reviews, including collection of deliverables (plans, reports, etc.)
* Monitor budget as required by the Project Leader
* Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of lean project management tools in compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001, etc.)
Your Profile :
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering area (Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar)
* Good knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools
* Experience in Project Coordination in the Motorsport or Supercar industry
* Excellent planning and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
* Self-starter capable of working with high-level instructions and seeking support from other teams
* Team-oriented with strong communication skills and the ability to challenge and influence others
* Fluent in English and willing to learn French
