Role Summary:
We are on an exciting journey of transformation with the aim to continually grow and develop our emerging talent across the organisation. As part of this change, we are expanding our team with new Business Administration apprenticeship positions.
The Business Admin apprentice will play a pivotal role in supporting employee development, early years & industrial placement support, training needs, and HR requirements. Additionally, you will support community projects such as STEM events and careers fairs, with support from the Training & Development Lead & HR Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
* Innovate, enhance, and develop early years, graduate, and industrial placement programmes to be best in class.
* Provide pastoral and welfare support to emerging talent.
* Assist with onboarding and induction of new employees.
* Support development initiatives and enrichment activities.
* Coordinate Outreach / STEM activities across the region.
* Act as a link between Collins Aerospace and universities/colleges.
* Collaborate with leadership and business partners to identify and address learning needs and skill gaps.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
GCSE Maths and English Grades 4 to 9 (desired).
