This locum role offers a competitive salary of £41.10 hourly. What you will do: * Conduct high-quality assessments using a child-centred approach, working within a community focus and multi-agency framework to bring about positive change. * Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team, including Social Workers, Senior Social Workers, Family Support Workers, Short Breaks Assessors, Education Case Officers, Educational Psychologists, and Advisory Teachers. * Manage complex caseloads, providing specialist knowledge for effective interventions, needs assessments, and care planning. * Play a key role in contributing to Education, Health, and Care plans, delivering short breaks, and supporting the preparation for adulthood. * Ensure social work contributions to child protection investigations and handle outcomes effectively in CIN, LAC, CP, Court, and Short Break contexts. * Receive robust support and guidance from the Team Manager and Service Manager.
