As a key member of our design team, you’ll play a critical role in crafting inspiring concepts, delivering compelling pitches, and driving projects from initial idea to final execution. Whether you're leading the charge or supporting a collaborative effort, your work will directly impact how our clients experience their space.
This hands‑on role offers the opportunity to grow your design skills while working in a fast‑paced, supportive environment where great ideas thrive.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Own your design narrative or support others in delivering standout presentations that resonate and inspire.
* Strategise, plan, and hold the room, anticipating hurdles and steering meetings with clarity and charisma.
* Develop clear, exciting concepts that captivate clients and bring their vision to life.
* Produce accurate office layouts at speed, ensuring functionality meets creativity.
* Create storyboards that energise clients and showcase our unique approach.
* Work with external graphic designers to produce pitch documents that align with your design language.
* Research and select finishes, furniture, and equipment that elevate every project.
* Manage external visualisers to bring your ideas to life in stunning detail.
* Attend site visits and client meetings across the UK, predominantly in the South.
* Guide the project team through the tender and delivery phases, ensuring alignment with your vision.
* Liaise with building control, fire officers, planners, and subcontractors to ensure designs meet all requirements.
* Coordinate full documentation for furniture, finishes, and equipment with client approval.
What We’re Looking For:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Designer.
