Housing Management Worker
Earn £12.60 per hour (£24,638 per annum) - pro rata
Permanent - part time (33.5 hpw)

You'll be part of a close knit team, helping customers manage their tenancy and maintain their property, while keeping our service running smoothly.
What youll do
Youll support your customers in understanding their tenancy and manage their rent.

Help our customers with housing benefit claims, and signposting to other services.

Turn around empty flats quickly so new customers can move in.

Youll carry out and record the routine safety and compliance checks in our building making sure were compliant.

Keeping records up to date and make sure contractors meet our standards.

You have
Experience in housing, property, care or criminal justice, or equivalent experience.

A can do positive attitude, youre proactive and well organised, and able to work on your initiative.

A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a genuine desire to help your customers.

Confidence working collaboratively with colleagues in other parts of the business as well as with external partners

Passion for property and get a thrill out of knowing that your properties are the best they can be for our customers!

The practical bits
Willingness to travel and work flexibly when needed.

The ability to work independently using your own initiative and as part of a team.

Good communication skills and confidence using IT systems.
