As Vice President of Margin Optimisation and Analytics, you will:Lead regional pricing strategy and margin optimisation initiatives across all EMEA marketsManage and develop cross-functional teams (15–20 people) covering pricing, analytics, insights, and performance managementBuild and execute commercial tools and analytical frameworks to drive profitability and efficiencyChampion data-led decision making and establish high-quality forecasting and modelling capabilitiesAct as a senior advisor to business leaders, influencing strategy and performance through deep analytical insightsWhat You'll BringA Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Economics, Econometrics)Extensive experience in pricing, analytics, and margin optimisation within complex, international business environmentsStrong leadership capabilities, with a track record of building high-performing, cross-functional teamsDeep expertise in commercial and analytical tools, performance management, and stakeholder engagementExceptional communication and storytelling skills to translate complex data into clear business strategy
