You will be responsible for landscaping tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming hedges, and maintaining soft landscaping areas. This includes planting trees, flowers, and shrubs, clearing snow from pedestrian areas, and ensuring walkways and car parks are properly maintained. You'll conduct weekly checks on groundskeeping equipment, perform litter picks, and address issues like dog fouling and sharps. You'll apply herbicides, fungicides, or insecticides when needed and occasionally carry out hard landscaping tasks. You will also participate in estate improvement works, prioritise areas, and assist with compliance checks to keep the estate safe and clean....
