Are you a hands-on leader with solid technical knowledge of fire and security systems? We’re looking for a Service Manager to take charge of service delivery across a growing portfolio in the Wiltshire area. This is a key office-based role, ideal for someone who thrives on operational efficiency, leading small engineering teams, and ensuring service excellence in line with industry standards. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: * Plan and allocate fault and service work for engineers * Supervise, mentor and technically support engineers and office admin staff * Maintain accurate job records and CRM updates * Monitor performance against KPIs (SLA, FTF, PPM Completion) * Ensure compliance with NSI, BAFE, HSE regulations * Support occasional technical queries and attend client meetings ✅ What We’re Looking For: * 3–5 years of supervisory experience in fire & security service delivery * Technical understanding of systems like Texecom, Avigilon, Advanced, 2N, AJAX * Strong administrative, planning and organisational skills * Confident communicator across engineers, clients, and suppliers * Full UK driving licence (NSI/BAFE certifications preferred) 🎁 Benefits Include: * Tailored Training & Development opportunities * 20 days holiday (rising to 25 with service) * Laptop and mobile phone provided * Friendly and supportive team environment ...
