Role Summary
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you’ll manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while building long‑term relationships with engineering leaders and technical stakeholders. You’ll work closely with Sales Engineers and internal teams to deliver compelling demos, guide technical evaluations, and drive revenue growth through renewals and expansions.
This role is ideal for a self‑motivated, analytical sales professional with deep experience in developer tools, DevOps, and emerging AI workflows.
Key Responsibilities
 * Build and close a strong pipeline of enterprise accounts
 * Generate qualified opportunities via outbound and inbound channels
 * Lead product demos and communicate Coder’s value proposition
 * Collaborate with Sales Engineers for technical evaluations
 * Partner with decision‑makers throughout the sales cycle
 * Achieve renewal and upsell targets (140% growth, 95% retention)
 * Travel as needed to support deals and client relationships
Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
 * 5+ years in software sales, with strong prospecting experience
 * 3+ years selling into Fortune 500 companies
 * Experience engaging with engineering leaders and technical buyers
 * Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, platform engineering, and developer tools
 * Familiarity with GenAI and agentic development tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, Cursor)
 * Proven track record of exceeding quota and pipeline goals
 * Strong communication and presentation skills
 * Comfort with outbound sales and cross‑functional collaboration
 * Creative, analytical mindset with a drive for results
 * Ability to travel up to 15%

 * Technical background or experience with open‑source software
 * Curiosity about emerging AI workflows and developer trends
Interview Process
Coder’s interview process is transparent and efficient, typically completed within 2–4 weeks. You’ll meet a mix of individual contributors, managers, and leadership. AI tools may be used for take‑home assessments (with disclosure), but not during live interviews.
