This part-time role is ideal for someone with previous site administration experience looking for flexible hours within a professional and fast-paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities: Providing day-to-day administrative support to the site team Managing and maintaining site documentation and filing systems Scheduling meetings and maintaining site calendars Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and visitors Supporting health & safety compliance, including record-keeping and inductions Assisting with document control using site-specific systems Requirements: Experience in a construction site admin or similar administrative role Strong organisational and communication skills Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks Experience with document control platforms (e.g. Viewpoint, Aconex ) is desirable but not essential What We Offer: £18.50 per hour, paid weekly Part-time hours: 4 hours per day, Monday to Thursday 12-month fixed-term contract Immediate start The chance to work on a high-profile leisure development with a Tier 1 contractor
