Our client is a leading international specialty insurer with a strong presence across the Lloyd’s and global markets. They have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced compliance professional to join a well-established team as a Compliance Manager.
Key responsibilities:
* Support the Head of Compliance in delivering the compliance framework across the group
* Provide compliance advice and keep abreast of regulatory developments (FCA, PRA, Lloyd’s)
* Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and training
* Assist with regulatory reporting, audits, and conduct risk reviews
* Help promote a strong culture of compliance
What they're looking for:
* 5+ years’ experience in a compliance role within insurance (Lloyd’s or specialty markets preferred)
* Strong knowledge of UK regulatory requirements
* Understanding of international insurance regulations a plus
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
