Residential Property Solicitor – Hybrid Working

The Role
You’ll manage a varied and engaging residential conveyancing caseload, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgages, transfers of equity and new build matters
* Reviewing titles, preparing reports and drafting contracts
* Progressing matters from instruction through to post-completion
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
* Using the firm’s case management system to ensure smooth file progression
You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues and benefit from a stable, well-organised support structure.
About You
* Minimum 3 years’ experience handling your own conveyancing caseload
* Confident working independently on end-to-end transactions
* Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a busy but supportive environment
* Enjoys collaborating in the office while also utilising hybrid flexibility
