Description
* Manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions
* Source funding for the organisation's projects and operations
* Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the organisation's financial stability
* Work with the Accounting & Finance department to prepare financial reports
* Monitor the organisation's cash flow and financial activities
* Manage risk and ensure compliance with financial regulations
* Review and negotiate financial contracts
* Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with organisational goals
Profile
A successful Treasury Manager should have:
* A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
* Experience in treasury management or a similar role
* Knowledge of financial regulations and risk management
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with financial institutions
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in financial software
