Role Description
The ideal
Client Services Manager
will have:
* Proven experience of at least 2 years within the mortgage industry either as a broker, case manager or underwriter
* Ability to take initiative, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks efficiently.
* Motivation to advance in a professional and growing business environment.
* Passionate about giving the clients the best experience.
* Based in the UK
What will the successful candidate be doing?
* Accurately input mortgage applications into various lender systems and uploading documents
* Managing a pipeline of mortgage and finance applications through to completion.
* Communicating with customers both in writing and verbally throughout the process. (Post application)
* Liaising with third parties where needed such as mortgage companies, solicitors, and surveyors
* Oversee the client service journey.
* Record all interactions and activities in our CRM system .
