This is a key strategic appointment, reporting directly to the Managing Director, with full responsibility for leading the commercial function and ensuring the successful delivery of a significant residential development pipeline. This opportunity is ideally suited to an experienced senior commercial professional currently operating at Commercial Director level, or a highly capable Head of Commercial ready to step up, who can bring a balance of strategic leadership, commercial expertise and operational delivery.
