About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and inclusive primary school. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special educational needs.
* Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
* Work closely with teachers to adapt and deliver lessons that meet the needs of SEN students.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Monitor and record students' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
* Support students with personal care needs, if required.
* Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
