Are you looking to work in an intervention led service to promote wellbeing among older adults with mental health diagnoses? We are looking for Mental Health Nurses to be aligned to our older adult pathways of care which deliver memory assessments and intervention-based care for people with serious mental illness and/or dementia with associated behavioural or psychological needs. West Kent MHT+ is a diverse multi-cultural team that is looking to recruit a Band 6 Mental Health Nurse with experience in working with older adults. The successful applicant is to work within the team providing specialist mental health care for people with multiple and complex needs by offering interventions that promote wellbeing and recovery within an adult all-age service.
If you are interested in developing your skills and delivering clinical care for people with dementia and/or complex emotional difficulties, depression, psychosis and other mental health presentations we are the team for you. Full training and support will be provided to ensure that you have the skills and confidence to deliver.
