Bartender/Café Team Leader
We are seeking a proactive Bartender/Café Team Leader who brings initiative, attention to detail, and genuine passion for their job. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role, so a warm, friendly and professional approach is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the bar/café team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Deliver exceptional customer service and consistently exceed customer expectations
* Engage confidently with customers in a fast-paced environment
* Support and motivate the team to maintain high standards
* Act as a key holder, including responsibility for locking up
* Maintain a clean, organised and efficient bar area
Requirements
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work flexibly across a range of hours (Minimum 30 hours per week) to include
evening & weekends
* Positive attitude, reliability and a genuine passion for hospitality
Pay
£14 - £15 per hour depending on experience
