About the Role
Join us in providing person-centred support that truly makes a difference You'll help people with physical and mental health needs in their homes and communities, supporting daily routines like meal preparation, medication, and household tasks, while also helping them enjoy activities they love, whether it's choir, arts & crafts, or pedal-powered adventures. You'll encourage independence, nurture friendships, and support people to explore volunteer opportunities and new experiences.
Duties could include:
* Providing personalised support tailored to individual needs.
* Offering emotional support and positive encouragement.
* Completing light household tasks and basic administrative duties.
* Bringing fresh ideas and helping to improve ways of working.
* Checking and digitally recording medication stocks and personal finances in line with policy.

What You'll Need:
* Experience working with people or customers
* Experience working as part of a team
* Basic literacy, numeracy and IT skills
* Flexibility - our services run 24/7 and shift patterns vary
* A full UK manual driving licence to be able to drive the Motability cars
Experience working with vulnerable individuals, particularly those with mental health needs or learning disabilities, is desirable but not essential. We provide full training and ongoing development to support your success in the role.
