About the role
This highly skilled nursing role involves supporting people’s holistic needs and requires a range of clinical and nursing skills.
You’ll provide the highest standards of nursing care for adults with complex care and health needs, focusing on maximising independence and building daily living skills.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Assessing, planning, and providing person-centred nursing care
2. The safe administration of medication
3. Promoting health and wellbeing
4. Being the Nurse in Charge of a small unit during your shift
5. Managing situations involving behaviours of concern
6. Promoting choice, dignity, independence, and respect
