Financial Accountant SF Recruitment are working exclusively with a large, fast paced and dynamic business in the recruitment of a Financial Accountant. This is a new role due to growth. We are seeking a qualified accountant to join a good sized team, reporting directly to the FC. Within the business there is excellent opportunity for development and progression. Based in Solihull with hybrid working.(2 days in the office, 3 from home) Key duties will include: - Preparation of monthly management accounts comprising income statement, balance sheet and cash flows - Preparation of annual Budgeting and Forecasting activities including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow projections - Preparation of monthly board packs and quarterly 'Performance Review' documents undertaking reviews with stakeholders as appropriate - IFRS16 reporting to Group - Management of Intercompany reporting - Annual Statutory Accounts for 4 legal entities - Manage the year-end audit process for all legal entities - Undertake reviews and publish of company-wide policies and procedures to support financial processes and controls, challenging the norms to ensure best practise. - Complete comprehensive balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis - Supporting with capex investment appraisals - Posting of Payroll and reconciling associated control accounts - Overhead reporting, liaising with key management to assess var...
