Buck's Bar St Andrews are looking for Part- Time Supervisors to come join our team.
The ideal candidate for this position will be a team player who is a natural leader that is hard working and organised. This position would be ideal for someone who is looking to move up the ladder and into more senior roles. You will be responsible for the following:
-Bar stock control
-Stock ordering
-Beer line cleaning
-Bar/restaurant cleaning rotas
-Opening bar/restaurant
-Cash up and close down of bar/restaurant
-Help oversee the running of the restaurant/bar in the absence of GM & AGM
-Good customer service
-Help train new team members and current team members

Qualifications
* Supervisory experience in a bar or restaurant setting
* Strong team management and leadership skills
* Extensive restaurant and culinary experience
* Knowledge of food safety regulations
* Proficiency in food preparation and cooking techniques
* Bartending skills and familiarity with beverage service
* Experience in food production and kitchen operations
* Background in hospitality, including hotel or barista experience
