Early Years Educator – Busy Bees
As an Early Years Educator you will play a leading role in fostering the intellectual, social and emotional development of children within the busy and supportive environment of Busy Bees Horsham, a well‑rated nursery with a capacity of 130 children.
About the Nursery
Busy Bees Horsham, rated Good by Ofsted, is located a short walk from Little Haven station and a minute from a bus stop. The team actively engages in regional network meetings, training and collaboration to support high quality early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver educational activities that promote children’s development.
* Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
* Act as the Key Person for children, building strong partnerships with families.
* Track and report on children’s progress through observations and assessments.
What We’re Looking For
* Level 2 qualification in early years education or childcare.
* Experience working with children under five.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Empathy and understanding – recognising each child’s uniqueness.
