Job Title: Tool hanger Operator
Location: Biopure - Havant

We are seeking a talented and motivated Tool hanger Operator to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate injection moulding machines and ancillary equipment and complete injection mould tool changes and machine start-ups up to first off.
* Work across mouldshop and assembly to assemble our fluid management technology, inspecting products at each stage and reporting defects to ensure specifications are met before progressing.
* Follow established manufacturing and safety procedures to comply with BS EN ISO 14644 clean room requirements and BS EN ISO 9001.
* Maintain documentation to ensure compliance with clean room requirements, ISO 9001 and cGMP standards.
* Move materials and components between workstations, handle waste materials and finished products safely, and keep the cleanroom tidy and organised.
* Assist with daily, weekly and monthly cleaning operations in the cleanroom environment to maintain compliance with clean room standards.
* Report incidents, faulty operations, or product imperfections to the Team Leader for further action.
Skills/Experience
* Strong knowledge and experience in injection mould tool changes.
* Experience operating an injection moulding machine and ancillary equipment.
* Experience working on an assembly line and using manual assembly techniques for plastic injection moulded products.
* Awareness of BS EN ISO 14644 clean room requirements, ISO 9001 and cGMP standards.
* Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate assembly and adherence to specifications.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and align output with cycle times.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team with quality control technicians, mouldshop technicians and logistics operatives.
