Salary & Shift Details
* Hourly Rate: £12.60
* Shift Allowance: £2,000 per annum
* Attendance Bonus: £0.50/hour
* Potential Earnings: Up to £15.50/hour based on skill level
* Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (2 x 6am–6pm, 2 x 6pm–6am)

Key Responsibilities
* Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
* Adhere to established processes and procedures
* Perform a variety of manual and technical tasks
* Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
* Load and unload materials and equipment
* Train to operate a counterbalance forklift
* Learn to operate mixing, moulding, and kiln equipment
What We're Looking For
* Some experience in a production or similar environment (preferred)
* Hard-working and self-motivated
* Willingness to learn and adapt
* Basic maths and literacy skills
* Flexibility to work the shift pattern
