Export Sales Manager – International Markets
Robert Walters is partnering with a leading global manufacturer to recruit an Export Sales Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and commercially driven professional to lead international sales growth and manage end-to-end export operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver international sales strategies with key accounts and distributors.
* Oversee global logistics, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
* Analyse export performance data and provide strategic reporting on profitability.
* Represent the brand at international trade shows and events.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in export sales or international trade.
* Fluency in at least one foreign language (essential).
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
* Willingness to travel internationally and attend events.
Location: Office-based with regular international travel.
Industry knowledge: Shooting sports experience is advantageous but not essential.
