About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in EPC projects or HVDC. The ideal candidate will have a solid background managing costs and contracts within large-scale energy or infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead cost management and commercial activities across EPC or HVDC.
* Prepare and review cost estimates, valuations, and progress reports.
* Manage contractual matters and claims in accordance with NEC contract principles.
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure financial control and commercial risk management.
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve commercial issues.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on EPC projects or HVDC.
* Strong knowledge and practical experience dealing with NEC contracts.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines.
