We're looking for a practical, people-first
Area Manager
with a proven ability to take ownership of performance, and inspire teams to reach their full potential, to oversee a network of branches across Shetland, Orkney, Aberdeen, Banchory, Dundee, Broxburn Brick and Stone and Grangemouth.
What you'll be doing:
* Leading and supporting
your branch teams to drive sales, margin and exceptional service
* Building a positive, inclusive culture
where every colleague feels empowered to contribute and grow
* Analysing business insights
to guide planning and performance improvements
* Strengthening key supplier relationships
to maximise their support in the delivery of our business objectives
* Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and colleague development
* Promoting a safe, customer-focused environment
with high operational standards
