Role: Reception Teacher
Location: Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full Time, temp to perm
Salary: £33,075 - £50,470, depending on experience.
The Role: As the Reception Teacher, you will be responsible for providing engaging and stimulating lessons to young learners. Your responsibilities include:
* Planning and delivering exciting lessons that engage young minds
* Creating a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
* Supporting children's emotional, social, and academic development
* Collaborating with a dedicated team to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
* Encouraging a love of learning through play and exploration
* Working closely with parents and the wider school community to support children's development
* Assessing and tracking children's progress, providing constructive feedback
* Encouraging independent learning and social skills development
What We’re Looking For:
* QTS, EYTS, or equivalent teaching qualification is desirable, but unqualified candidates with a passion for Early Years are encouraged to apply!
* Experience teaching in a Reception class or Early Years setting is highly desirable
* A passion for early years education and a creative, child-focused approach
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A collaborative mindset and commitment to teamwork
