Responsibilities:
Customer Service
* Act as the first point of contact for wholesale clients, managing enquiries via email and phone.
* Process wholesale orders accurately and efficiently using our order management system for WS prime and off price customers.
* Monitor order status, shipping timelines, and resolve any delivery or invoicing issues.
* Maintain up-to-date client records and ensure all account details are accurate.
* Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Showroom Coordination
* Support the setup and presentation of seasonal showrooms for buying appointments.
* Coordinate showroom schedules and manage bookings for internal and external teams.
* Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, stocked, and visually aligned with brand standards.
* Assist sales team during market weeks and buying appointments, providing product information and administrative support.
Sales & Operations Support
* Assist with compiling seasonal line sheets, order forms, and sales tools.
* Track sample inventory and manage sample returns post-market.
* Support the wholesale team with reporting, data entry, and sales analysis.
* Help onboard new wholesale accounts and ensure smooth integration into systems.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Broad knowledge / understanding of the clothing industry and trading environment.
* Ability to work under pressure / timeline.
* Self-motivated and motivating.
* Commercial awareness.
* To be numerate and proficient in the relevant IT programmes.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Good organisational skills.
* Confident comminutor & presenter.
PC Skills
Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Illustrator at an elevated level.
Ability to create pivot tables, V look ups and analyse data.
Qualifications
Educated to degree level or professional equivalent.
Experience
* Previous experience in wholesale, customer service, or showroom coordination (1–2 years preferred).
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in Excel and order management systems (e.g.,Nu order Zedonk, JOOR, or similar).
* A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for delivering great service.
