Role Description
We are looking for someone to join the team to focus on the setup of client settlement instructions, management of cash balances to facilitate settlements, and provide support to key stakeholders. This role offers high visibility and requires critical thinking to review and remediate issues, working with internal teams to deliver seamless service to clients.
Responsibilities Include
* Set-up of client settlement and confirmation static.
* Working closely with settlement operations to provide seamless services for our clients.
* Resolution of exceptions and escalation to ensure balance management monitoring processes are completed timely each day.
* Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of actions to resolve exceptions throughout market cut-offs.
* Investigation of root cause of overdrawn bank accounts identifying process improvement opportunities.
* Investigating and resolving pre and post cash settlement discrepancies and non-receipts
* Challenging the teams processes and generating initiatives to streamline workflows.
* Builds Key Relationships with Static data teams to improve processes.
